Counselling & recovery
Planned support includes individual counselling, trauma-informed care and addiction recovery, helping participants prepare for lasting personal change.
Our community project
A bridge from crisis to purpose, skills and community.
Planned for Baruni Village, Port Moresby, the Centre is intended to support people facing substance misuse, gambling, family breakdown, violence and the challenges of reintegration after incarceration.
The proposed Centre will combine spiritual guidance and character formation with counselling, skills discovery and pathways toward recognised training. It aims to support young people at risk, people returning from incarceration and families facing social challenges.
Discuss Project Support Discuss a partnershipThe proposed programme
The project profile sets out a planned journey from personal recovery and character development to practical skills and community reintegration.
Planned support includes individual counselling, trauma-informed care and addiction recovery, helping participants prepare for lasting personal change.
The proposed model begins with exploring practical talents, then seeks pathways into recognised qualifications through technical training institutions. Training partnerships are being sought.
Spiritual guidance, character development and personal accountability are central to the intended programme, alongside relationships with mentors and community leaders.
The Centre aims to support families and help participants reconnect with their communities, pursue employment or explore small-business opportunities.
